Corali jewelry is made of superior quality metals and is made to be strong and enduring.
All pieces are made to be worn everyday, however, we recommend you to take good care of your jewelry to prolong its lifespan.

Handle with care and avoid activities which expose your jewelry for scratches or potential damage.
We recommend to take off your jewelry when sleeping, showering, cleaning, sunbathing or in swimming pools or spa.
We recommend you to put on your jewelry on last when getting ready to spare the jewelry from chemicals in your beauty products as makeup, perfume, hairspray, moisturizer etc.

When not in use, keep it safe in the provided travel silk bag and keep your pieces separate to avoid scratching.

Silver
Pure 99.9% silver does not tarnish over time but sterling silver and argentium silver naturally oxidises when in contact with hydrogen sulphide in the air, as well as liquids from the skin, cream, soap etc.
Traditional 925 sterling silver is made of 92,5% pure silver and 7,5% copper where as 935 argentium silver is made from 93,5% pure silver and 5,5% copper and 1% germanium. When silver oxidizes or tarnish over time it is because of the copper in the alloy is reacting to the air and what the jewelry piece is in contact with, as mentioned above. This means, argentium silver is both stronger and more durable than sterling silver and thereby will maintain the silver color longer. The casted pieces are made of argentium silver, but locks and chains are mostly made of sterling silver, since the market for pre-fabricated elements in argentium silver is still limited.
We recommend you to polish your silver pieces often in order to maintain shine and color. Use a microfiber/polishing cloth and spirit or silver cleaning agent, and gently polish the silver.
If your piece is oxidising, we recommend you to give it a tiny bath. Put the jewelry piece in a bowl with small balls of tinfoil, boiling water and a squeeze of detergent. After 10 minutes, gently scrub the piece with a soft toothbrush or microfiber/polishing cloth.

Gold
14k yellow gold will keep its natural color, but dirt, old skin, moisturizer etc. may reside over timer. Clean it with hot water and detergent and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. For a polished look, use a microfiber/polishing cloth and spirit and gently polish the jewelry.
Avoid contact with chlorine. With repeated exposure, chlorine will weaken the gold’s structure. We recommend to take off your jewelry before going to spa, swimming pool and while cleaning.

Pearls and corals
Pearls and corals are made of organic material which makes them sensitive. Avoid contact with chemicals (hairspray, perfume) and moisturizer. Take off your jewelry pieces with pearls and corals when sleeping, in shower, swimming pools or sunbathing. Pearls get more beautiful by being worn because the skin maintains the shine of the pearl, but clean regularly with a damp cloth to remove remains of sweat etc.

Diamonds and gems
Soak in hot water with a few drops of detergent. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse in water and dry with a microfiber/polishing cloth.
