founded in 2017 by architect caroline sillesen. the jewelry brand is copenhagen-based and produced. sustainability and local production are core values of the brand and all pieces are carefully handmade in copenhagen. caroline holds a masters degree in fine art and architecture from the royal danish academy of fine art, school of architecture, and launched her jewelry label in order to experiment with what she calls tiny sculptures.

the brand embraces the honesty and unpretentiousness of an experimental and intuitive method with focus on high quality craftsmanship and materials. coralis minimal pieces utilize natural materials like solid 14-karat gold, sterling silver, pressed corals and saltwater pearls. from the first drawing to the final piece, corali is intended as a tiny love affair.

"corali offers jewelry pieces that are timeless and reflect my love for peculiar sculptures and objects, perceptional architecture as well as my fascination of the ocean. the world of upside down. this place where everything is quiet and filled with a sort of emptiness. it is a place where time doesn't exist in the same scale as we know it.

i like to think the jewelry pieces are modern and responsive to their time, but also with references to forgotten times and a bigger time perspective. each piece is a tiny treasure that will last longer than you if you take good care of it."
